But in fact, Is a newborn baby needs toys? In the first days, a baby does not really need toys. Babies, the early days of their first born would need time to get to know their surroundings, such as familiar with the faces of closest people. But following days of course babies need toys; toys are useful to stimulate the baby’s development. Choosing Toys for Babies 0-1 years

When selecting toys, you should consider the level of safety. Basically, the toy should not have sharp angles, the parts that are not easily removable, is not easily broken or ruptured, large enough so that can not be inserted into the mouth and swallowed. Make sure the toy is nontoxic, not flammable, and washable. Stuffed animals should be one part; when a hand or foot is also connected securely. The face should be painted (by nontoxic paint) or embroidered, so there is no eye of buttons that can be pulled and released and then swallowed.

Moving toys help develop baby’s ability to pay attention to the object. Balls that emit sound or have parts that move in it a stimulating visual, motor, and auditory, as well as helping develop crawling, eye movements,  and improve motor skills.  Toys that jingle will also attract baby’s attention through touch, color, sound, and taste. Baby rattle toys are designed to stimulate the growth of the tooth ; do not forget, the toys sholud not easily broken, no loose parts, and can be washed.

Be patient in selecting a toy, because the toy store really provides many toys that will impress you. Make sure you choose toys that are age-appropriate toy baby. Do not buy a toy because of it s really really cute but the baby has not been able to play it.
